These General Conditions regulate the contractual conditions for booking accommodation in any of the hotels or appartments owned by INDUSTRIAS HOTELERAS DEL MEDITERRÁNEO S.L, MAGIC TERRA NATURA S.L, HOTELES COSTA BLANCA S.A.U and HOTELES MARINA D'OR S.L, tourism companies that operate under the commercial brands of Magic Costa Blanca Hotels & Resorts, Magic Natura and Magic World Resort, respectively. The user who makes a reservation through their web pages,, and or by telephone through our Call Centre, accepts the following general conditions.



The price of the booking (VAT included) is in euros and is published on the website of each company:, and The final price for the CUSTOMER will be the one that appears at the time of booking and in the email received as confirmation of this. All contracted services will be specified at the time of the booking process as well as in the confirmation email. As a general rule, it is concluded that everything that is not specifically detailed as included in the price, will not be included.

The user is responsible for making the correct declaration of the number of people occupying the room, without omitting children, whatever their age. In the booking process, if they meet the criteria specified in the "Children's rate" section, the corresponding gratuities or rates will be applied.

It is hereby stated that some of the elements or services included in the accommodation may be modified or cancelled for security, operational or technical reasons, as well as due to weather conditions or any other causes of major events, all in accordance with the Operating Rules or Internal Regulations of each of the services included in the accommodation for which the booking is made.



General rate "book now and save"

The payment of your booking will be made in two parts, 25% of the amount 30 days before your arrival and the remaining 75% 3 days before your arrival. The percentage may vary depending on the season in which the booking is made.  The booking will be automatically CANCELLED if these payments are not received. The establishment reserves the right to make an advance payment on the client's card at any time prior to arrival at the hotel, in order to check the validity of the card and guarantee the reservation. 


Secure rate 

Your booking will be charged according to the same formula as the General Rate. This rate includes in the final amount a supplement (extra charge) of up to 10% (depending on the period of stay) which is applied to the total amount of the reservation and entitles the purchaser to cancel the reservation up to 4 days before the date of arrival at the accommodation. 



Cancellation Policy 

In accordance with the characteristics of the products or services reserved, we inform you that in accordance with article 103. I) of the Legislative Royal Decree 1/2007 of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the hotel reservation system. Notwithstanding this, Magic Costa Blanca does allow the cancellation of reservations in accordance with the requirements established in the General Cancellation Conditions section.


General cancellation conditions: 

No cancellation fees will be applied for those reservations cancelled maximum 24 hours after the initial submission of the reservation, as long as they are more than 5 days from arrival. In case of cancellations 5 days or less before arrival, you will have to make a new reservation under the same holder. It does not include the Secure Rate as it is non-refundable from the moment it is contracted, or bookings with a Non-Refundable Rate.

On arrival at the establishment, please go to reception and present your personal documents. The establishment guarantees the reservation that has been confirmed until 6pm on the day of arrival. After 6pm on the day of arrival, if the client has not given notice of late arrival, the non-attendance will be understood to all effects and purposes as a No Show, and the expenses stipulated in the booked rate will be issued and charged to the client. The reception may ask the clients for an official document accrediting the age of the children. In case of not carrying it, the adult rate will be applied.


General rates book now and save: no-show and cancellation during the stay applies 100%, except Formula 24 form.

The cancellation conditions may entail cancellation costs with amounts that will vary depending on the date on which the booking is cancelled, depending on the days prior to arrival. See particular conditions for each hotel according to season and offer. 

Secure rate: you can cancel your booking free of charge up to 4 days before the arrival date. The full amount of your booking will be refunded (except for the extra charge of up to 10% of the total amount of your booking according to the period of stay, corresponding to the extra of the rate). This guarantee does not cover expenses less than 4 days before the date of arrival. Cancellations 3 days prior to arrival, 35% of the reservation will be charged. 2 days before arrival, 80%. 1 day. no show or cancellation during the stay 100%. In the case of modifying the number of nights of your booking, the amount of the secure rate corresponding to the booking made with the greater number of nights will prevail.



Any booking modification must be made through our Call Centre, by calling 965 85 16 54 and will have an additional cost of 30€ which will be charged directly on the total amount of your booking.



The user declares that he/she is the holder of the bank card and authorises the company that owns the hotel where the reservation is being made to check the guarantee of payment offered by means of the card provided, as well as to charge for the provision of its services, storing the data for the period necessary to check after the check-out that all additional costs are covered. After this check, the data will be deleted.

4.1 Conditions of payment by credit card

The hotel will make the agreed charges on the guarantee card that the user enters in the payment gateway. 


4.2 Terms of payment with bizum 

A transfer of money will be made from your BIZUM account in a secure and fast way and will be directed to the BIZUM platform to complete 100% of the payment of the amount of your reservation with a maximum of 2.000€.


4.3 Terms of payment with Oney

With 3x 4x Oney you can pay your purchase in 3 or 4 instalments with your card from an amount of £90 up to £2.500 (minimum instalment to be paid £20).

All payments will be made periodically on your card. Please note that the first payment will be made at the time of purchase. Valid for VISA or Mastercard, debit or credit cards with a validity date longer than the duration of the selected financing method. For example, if you request a six-month financing, the expiry date of your card cannot be less than six months. We do not accept prepaid, virtual or American Express cards.

Applicable only to natural persons who are on legal age and are resident in Spain.

3x 4x Oney is a payment method that allows you to buy in instalments offered by Oney Servicios Financieros EFC, a financial institution registered and supervised by the Bank of Spain with number 8814.

1. Security measures

1.1 It is not guaranteed the reliability, availability or continuity of the operation of its website or the products or services made available to the user, and therefore it is excluded any liability for damages of any kind that may be due to the lack of availability, reliability or continuity of its website or its services, although it will try to provide, to the best of its ability, technical assistance to the person affected.


1.2 The web pages of each company are not obliged to control and do not control in advance, the absence of viruses or elements in the contents, which may cause alterations in the software or hardware of users or persons visiting the pages, and therefore will not be liable for damages of any kind that may arise from them.

1.4 The websites of each company are not obliged to control and do not control or guarantee the reliability, availability or continuity of the operation of the products or services made available to the user by third parties hosted outside the websites of Magic Hotels and therefore exclude any liability for damages of any kind that may be due to the lack of availability, reliability or continuity of its website or its services.


1.5 The user shall be liable for any damages and/or losses of any nature that the companies may suffer as a result of a breach by the user of the law or of any of the general conditions contained in this agreement.



2. Grounds for exclusion

Any of the hotels in which you can make your reservation reserves the right to exclude, temporarily or permanently, users in any of the following cases:

a) For breach of any of the General Conditions of Use established in this document.

b) For non-compliance with the law, morality and public order.

The exclusion of the user shall not imply the waiver by the hotel of the corresponding legal actions or the corresponding legal indemnities.


3. Right to Modify the Rules of Use

The hotel reserves the right to modify unilaterally and without prior notice, any of the terms and conditions of the present Rules of Use, in the terms and conditions it deems appropriate, informing users of the modifications made through,, and or any of its associated websites.


4. Safeguarding of the Terms of Use

If one of the stipulations of these Terms of Use is declared null and void or inoperative, the rest of the Conditions shall be maintained in the agreed terms. The hotels undertake to replace the stipulation affected by the nullity as closely as possible to the original intention of the parties.


5. Hyperlinks

In the event that any of the Magic Hotels web pages refer by means of links to advertising or third party web pages, Magic Hotels is not obliged to control and does not previously control, approve or make its own the services, contents, data, files, products and any kind of material existing on the web page or pages of third parties, therefore Magic Hotels shall not be responsible, under any circumstances, for the legality of the contents of said page/s, and the third party shall be exclusively responsible, by way of example and without limitation, for the respect for legality, morality, good customs and public order of the contents, as well as for ensuring that they do not infringe the rights of any third party. The existence of a hyperlink does not presuppose any kind of relationship between Magic Hotels and the owner of the web page on which it is established.
